From beginners to intermediate, Yann individualises his advises and coaching from first lesson, in order to progress and optimise your understanding depending on your age and level. Lessons occur in Cap de L’Homy plage in Lit et Mixe.
- Understand and learn how to use the ocean safely, for your pleasure first.
- Respecting yourself, the ocean and others.
- Know how to warm up.
- Work on theory on the beach then practice in the waves.
- Feed back after every lesson.
